snipping tool for Onenote
I'm having fun using the Snipping Tool for pictures on my laptop but I can't erase anything other than 'hightlight' lines, which aren't needed. I've tried working it like Paint and in raster editing apps but nothing happens. I only have the touch pad and a laptop mouse. What does 'erase' actually do,
